Delete your account

Econowe supports account creation, so we also make it easy to permanently delete one — from inside the app, or from here if you no longer have it installed.

How to request deletion

In the app (instant)

Open Econowe, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and all its data are erased immediately — no waiting period, nothing kept on our servers.

By email (no app required)

Email us from the same address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We process these requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account — email, password (or Google sign-in link), and profile
Learning progress — XP, streaks, completed Lessons and Concept mastery history
Badges and achievements earned across every Learning Path
Your artifact collection unlocked through mastery
Shop purchases and cosmetics tied to your account

Good to know

This can't be undone. Once deleted, there is no way for us to recover your account or progress.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it separately from your Play Store / App Store subscriptions page to stop future charges.
